Public-preview status
Tru-Impress AI is currently offering a free public preview. Paid enrollment, recurring billing, and membership checkout are not open, so no public-preview visitor is charged under this policy. The provisions below will apply only after paid enrollment opens and a user completes a checkout that displays the applicable plan terms.
1. Plan terms and charges
The price, billing frequency, included access, usage limits, and any introductory offer are the terms displayed when you enroll or check out. Applicable taxes may be added. Your payment provider may place a temporary authorization or send transaction notices under its own terms.
2. Automatic renewal
If checkout identifies a membership as automatically renewing, it renews for successive billing periods until canceled. The payment method on file may be charged at the start of each renewal period at the disclosed price, subject to any notice required by law before a price change.
3. How to cancel
After paid enrollment opens, cancel through the available account or billing controls. If those controls are unavailable, use the Contact page and select the future-membership topic. Submit the request before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents later renewal charges and, unless checkout states otherwise, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Canceling does not automatically refund a charge already completed. You remain responsible for charges incurred before the cancellation became effective.
4. Refunds
Except where the enrollment or checkout page expressly offers a refund period, paid fees are nonrefundable once access is provided. We will issue a refund, credit, or other remedy when required by applicable law. Duplicate charges, an incorrect charge amount, or continued billing caused by our failure to process a timely cancellation will be corrected after verification.
Dissatisfaction with a grade, publication decision, software result, AI response, or learning outcome does not by itself qualify for a refund because the Services provide educational guidance and do not guarantee those outcomes.
5. Requesting billing help
After paid enrollment opens, use the Contact page and select the future-membership topic. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send a complete payment-card number, bank credentials, or password. We may request reasonable information to verify the account and transaction.
6. Failed payments and access
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, paid access may be suspended while the issue is resolved. Resolving a payment dispute does not restore access automatically if the membership has otherwise ended or these policies were violated.
7. Relationship to other terms
This policy forms part of the Terms of Use. If a checkout term gives you a more favorable refund or cancellation right, that specific checkout term controls for that purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable law also continue to apply.
